About the Company

Founded in 1973, RCO Engineering was established to provide prototyping services for the automotive industry’s engineering design and testing needs. The company was started by the late Paul Carollo, Sr. and two partners, who recognized an opportunity to better serve the growing automotive sector in metro Detroit. RCO Engineering, Inc.
In the 1980s, RCO expanded its capabilities with the addition of plastic, molded foam, and metal stamping departments, positioning itself as an industry leader in both design and testing services.
